You will be introduced to the basic principles of relaxation and mindfulness through the medium of creative art.The use of music will help inspire and develop your creative art techniques and the creation of a personal sketchbook will help you record your personal development in both art and mindfulness.Simple breathing and relaxation techniques will be taught in order to help free the imagination and enable a more personal and deeper level of creativity to grow.This course offers an avenue for creative pursuits, improving your health and well being. The friendly classroom environment is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.This course is subsidised by Government funding so you should aim to attend the whole course.
