You will continue to explore your creativity and build your design skills. During this course you will:Design a room within a residential setting using some scale drawing techniquesLook at more complex colour schemes and their useLook in detail at the use of furnishing fabrics, texture and furnitureConsider the ethics of fibre production and sustainabilityProduce a range of mood boards to show ideas and a sample boardLook at current trends in lighting Start to draw perspective for interiors and use scale to produce floor plansYou will be encouraged to experiment with your ideas and explore working with new and vintage or recycled materials if appropriate.This course offers an avenue for creative pursuits, improving your health, confidence and well beingThis course is subsidised by Government funding so you should aim to attend the whole course.
