The Level 3 Diploma in Childrenƒ??s learning and Development (Early Years Educator) (QCF) is for those who work in, or want to work with children in Early Years settings in England only. This qualification is supported by The National College for Teaching & Leadership (NCTL) and meets the NCTL Early Years Educator (Level 3) Qualifications Criteria.
The qualification gives you the opportunity to:
ƒ?› demonstrate competence as an Early Years Educator, Child minder or Nursery Nurse
ƒ?› develop knowledge and skills related to the specified job roles in early years education.
ƒ?› have your existing skills recognised
ƒ?› achieve a nationally-recognised Level 3 qualification
ƒ?› develop your own personal growth and engagement in learning
Progression opportunities available for those who have achieved the Level 3 Diploma are to progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Childrenƒ??s Services (England) (QCF), which contains six pathways, including three that may be appropriate progression, ƒ??Childrenƒ??s Residential Managementƒ??, ƒ??Childrenƒ??s Managementƒ?? and ƒ??Childrenƒ??s Advanced Practiceƒ??.
