The Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (QCF) is for those who work in, or who want to work in the business and professional management sector.
This qualification gives you the opportunity:
ƒ? to develop and demonstrate competence as a Team Leader, Section Leader, Floor Leader, Trainee Supervisor, Call Centre Team Manager or Supervisor
ƒ?to develop and demonstrate the skills and knowledge to develop the core competencies of the roles above, including team leadership styles, team dynamics, problem solving, providing support, managing the work of teams and communication techniques
ƒ? to develop personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of personal, learning and thinking skills (PLTS)
ƒ? have your existing skills recognised
ƒ? to achieve a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification
Progression opportunities available for those who achieve the Level 2 Diploma can be to progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Management, which is the competencies component of the Advanced Apprenticeship in Management. You may also progress into roles such as Section Manager,
Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager
