This course supports learners to progress onto mainstream vocational study, usually at one of the colleges in or around Enfield.
It is recognized that learners with SEND and who have an EHCP benefit from a structured transition into further education.
The course is a unique partnership between West Lea School and a local college through which the college 'experience' is provided whilst staying on-roll at West Lea.
Learners continue to develop key skills of independence (Learning for Life) which supports their successful progression onto independent study the following year.
