This is the licensed hospitality industry's professional qualification for Bar Managers, Assistant Bar Managers, Food and Beverage Managers, Licensees and Publicans. This Apprenticeship has been designed for staff working in licensed hospitality premises such as bars, clubs, hotels a and restaurants. It assumes you are in a supervisory or junior management position or looking for career advancement in this sector. You could progress from this qualification to a Hospitality Higher Apprenticeship or ILM Management Apprenticeship at levels 4 or 5 or above.
