The course consists of handson practical learning, where students will learn a range of skills which are planned and taught, with their individual needs in mind, over a number of weeks. Each term we cover topics such as food hygiene and safety through to menu planning along with plenty of opportunities to get hands on preparing and cooking main meals and desserts. Small group sizes ensure that students get plenty of one to one tuition and support The course helps students gain knowledge and the basic skills to make delicious and nutritious meals and snack.
