Are you keen to improve your listening and communication skills to use at work and in your everyday life?This course will develop your understanding of how you and other people relate to those around you, including the importance of communication.This course will also prepare you for work experience as a trainee counsellor and is a pre-requisite for the CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
