The Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship qualification is aimed at those individuals working and with responsibility of supervising or managing a customer service environment who have a broader range of skills and experience within Customer Service.
In this course, participants will understand customer service to improve service delivery and know the rules to follow when developing customer service.
