The course has been designed to introduce learners into the world of work. The programme is structured to give individuals the opportunity to develop skills required for employment.
Learners will be given the opportunity of researching, preparing and participating in work experience within the local community. Valuable life skills are embedded into the programme to ensure independent skills are enhanced. All learners sit a Functional Skills exam suited to their ability.
