This is the health and social care sectors professional qualification for individuals who lead
social care provision in an adult setting, either as managers of the provision or as senior practitioners. This qualification provides the skills and knowledge required to manage, practice and lead others in social care.

You will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement as you need to show
competence in both knowledge and skills and this could be within the public, private, voluntary or charitable sectors.
