This qualification in Business Administration is for people who want to work in administrative support roles in private or public sector organisations, or people who want to improve their administrative and supervisory skills. These roles include: Secretary, Receptionist, Administrator, Personal Assistant, Office supervisor/team leader or Manager. It was developed in association with the Council for Administration (Skills CfA). To achieve the level 3 in Business Administration you must achieve the 5 Mandatory units totalling 27 credits and a further 31 credits from the list of optional units.
