Designed to provide fun exercise to music, this course will get you working out and improving your fitness.You will work in a friendly environment to your own capacity, to:ƒ?› improve the cardio vascular system ƒ?› improve posture and core controlƒ?› tone major muscle groupsƒ?› develop/maintain flexibilityƒ?› develop balance and coordinationYou will become familiar with different stretching and exercise techniques.You will work on chairs, mats and from standing, seated and lying positions.Our courses build on past learning, week by week, to develop new abilities.
