This programme will provide an opportunity to try Wet felting, Needle Felting and to learn techniques for Felted knitted items. Learners will make a wet felted picture, hanging or table centre piece, a needle felted panel for a bag or purse and learn the basics of felting knitted items. In the morning you will focus on wet felting. You will learn about the different properties of wool and embellishment by creating a wet felted masterpiece!. After lunch you will focus on making a needle felted panel or figure to set into a bag, hanging or purse. You will then finish with some tips and techniques for felting a knitted piece.
