In your first year you will debate the impacts of Globalisation and explore how deprived areas reimage and regenerate themselves. This is followed by an understanding of tectonic hazards and processes and an examination of how coastal areas could be sustainably managed particularly with the challenges of climate change and rising sea-levels. You will also undertake a residential field work trip designed to provide you the skills to complete your coursework.?ÿIn your second year the stimulating geo-political topics of how superpowers have changed over time and health, human rights and intervention are explored. You will then conclude with the understanding of the water and carbon cycles and the links to water conflicts and energy security.
