Level 2 is ideal for those looking to work as, or starting out as, a systems analyst, system support technician, web designer or software developer. This qualification provides progression if you want to develop your skills and understanding of IT and want to choose IT as a career. You will use digital technology progressing from being digital literate to applications specialist at Level 3. You will learn how to assemble PC’s and Laptops, understanding what role each component part plays in the configuration of a computer as well as software installation, diagnostics, fault finding and testing.
