Way2Work Business Administration apprenticeships last for a minimum of 12 months and are designed to provide work-based training, development and new learning opportunities, to develop your knowledge & skills within the workplace.
Every business needs effective administration and that need remains whatever else changes in terms of new products and services, new technologies and new organisational structures.
Employees suitable for Level 2 Intermediate apprenticeships in Business & Administration usually undertake a range of routine tasks in different work contexts. They have some autonomy but are usually supervised.

Job roles could include: Apprentice Administrator, Apprentice Sales Administrator,Administration Assistant, Clerical Assistant, Data Entry Apprentice, Filing/Records Clerk, Junior Secretary, and Office Clerk.Administrators handle the day-to-day tasks in an office and make sure things run smoothly. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.As a business and administration apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer but could possibly include:
-Typing up meeting documents
-Putting financial information together in spreadsheets
-Faxing and photocopying confidential documents
Intermediate level apprenticeship
You could train in roles like:
-Administrator / business support officer
-Office junior
- Receptionist
- Junior legal secretary
-Junior medical secretary

You can become an apprentice in England if youƒ??re
- Aged 16 or over
- Eligible to work in England
- Not in full-time education
