The programme consists of the following areas: Units in: understanding organisations and the role of human resources; developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner; recording, analysing and using information; resourcing talent, supporting good practice in managing employment relations and supporting good practice in performance and reward management. The programme is a level 3 qualification. Additional costs: Membership to CIPD is compulsory to achieve certification. This award leads to associate membership of the CIPD.
