You will learn:

About the structure of the legal system and legal institutions in England, how law is made and enforced
To understand how disputes are resolved ranging from the courts through to tribunals and negotiation
Criminal law, Offences Against the Person, the law of tort and sentencing
To apply your knowledge of law to given factual situations
To solve legal problem using Tort, Contract and Criminal Law

All this will assist you in developing the fundamental legal skill of thinking critically, analytically and precisely. This will then allow you to express yourself accurately and logically in written assignments where you are asked to apply your knowledge of law to scenarios and reach an informed and reasoned conclusion.
