This is an 18 month programme, which includes day release fortnightly in our Carlisle training centre and structured on-the-job training provided by the employer. This qualification is for anyone who is looking to increase their knowlegde whilst working with adults, in a residential/domicillary/nursing or learning disabilty environment. You will ideally have completed your level 2 qualification and now be working in or towards a senior/management role. You will also achieve Functional Skills Level 2 Maths, English and ICT (if you have not already achieved A*-C or 9-4 at GCSE).
