If you have a passion for baking or already work in hospitality and want develop your skills in patisserie making and artisanal baking then this course is for you.
The course will give you the skills to pursue a career in the hospitality industry as a pastry chef or patissier. Throughout this course you'll learn to produce petits fours, hot, cold and frozen desserts, paste products, artisanal baked goods, practice gastronomy and create display pieces and decorative items. You'll also learn to supervise a safe working environment and develop skills for the workplace including planning, preparation and food safety.
