Our hair, beauty and holistic therapy courses include lots of opportunities for you to get hands-on experience of the world of work, including:
Work experience with businesses like Champney's, Dermalogica, Aqua-Sana, Centre Parcs Wella and local theatre companies
The opportunity to help run Hart Salon, working with real, paying customers
Workshops including Dermalogica and Wella London, tanning, advanced waxing and stone therapy
You will develop the skills required to manage your own business and update your knowledge and skills to comply with the latest industry standards for workplace practices.
You will develop existing skills and learn new techniques in airbrush, camouflage and media makeup, styling and fit postiche, applying prosthetic pieces, face and body art, fashion and photographic makeup techniques, creating an image based on a theme, health and safety and client care.
You will complete work experience and access invaluable employment opportunities allowing you to get a real insight into the industry
