This course will equip you for a middle management role perhaps leading a small to medium sized team in any organisation. The course comprises six management units and two HR specialist units: Managing Agile Organisations and People (Semester 1 Wednesday evening) Innovation and Business Performance (Semester 1 Thursday evening) Business Strategy and Decision Making (Semester 1 Wednesday day) International Business Economics and Markets (Semester 2 Thursday evening) Leading Strategic Change (Semester 2 Wednesday day) Effective Financial Management (Semester 2 Wednesday evening) Employee Engagement (HR) (Semester 1 Wednesday day) Human Resource Management (HR) (Semester 2 Wednesday day)This course can be accessed as either a 1 year Full time course or a 2 year Part time course. Full time students attend college on Wednesday (all day and evening) and Thursday (evening only).
