To become a motorcycle mechanic, you need to have a thorough understanding of all of the components of motorcycle repairs. You also need to know about the motor industry, the roles that people have there, and the rules that govern it. The Level 2 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Study Programme covers routine motorcycle repairs, engine systems and components, how to remove electrical units, chassis and more. With additional innovative projects teaching you wider skills to succeed in the world of work as well as maths and English, you'll be ready to progress with a broad practical knowledge of the motor trade.
