Ideal if: you want to specialise in a particular industry area and finesse your skills and experience to succeed in the catering and hospitality industry.You'll learn: gastronomy, sustainability, supervising food safety, and preparing and cooking a range of technical dishes.Expect: a practical and demanding course in which you will be expected to work to industry standards with technical expertise.You'll love: the opportunity to specialise in your second year in either patisserie and confectionery or hospitality supervision and leadership. Applicants must successfully complete their level 3 Professional Cookery diploma before they can progress on to Kitchen & Larder or Patisserie & Confectionery.
