In the first year students study four approaches (Social, Cognitive, Biological and Learning) to gain a foundation in
Psychology. Topics include obedience, prejudice, memory and the brain. In the second year students then go on do
Clinical Psychology, which is the study of mental health disorders and treatments, and Criminal Psychology, which is
the study of criminality, courtroom psychology and treatment programmes.
