This qualification (NCFE CACHE Level 1 Award in Stress Awareness) is delivered as a 1-day programme of study (9.30 - 3.30 pm) and is assessed through the completion of a workbook that is handed in on the day of the course.The course will enable you to develop specialist knowledge and understanding?ÿThis unit provides learners with the opportunity to understand what stress is, its causes and how it can affect people in various ways.?ÿIt will enable them to develop an understanding of the different types of stress and how to recognise when they are experiencing stress, that could have potentially harmful effects.
