The course enables learners to experience a range of relaxation techniques that prevent muscle tension and reduce stress; breathing techniques that increase lung capacity; and a variety of stretches, balances, sequences and movements that increase flexibility in joints and muscles, prevent stiffness, improve strength, muscle tone, and coordination. This course involves the practice of mindfulness
and promotes health and well-being on a physical and emotional level.
No but learners may choose to practice certain postures in order to improve flexibility etc.
